If Congress or Scar make a bill to unban you, I'd vote for it. What you're in trouble for, (slimy, backroom politics,) could tag half the 'people' on here. Banning everyone on a political RP stream is counterproductive, as the original intent here was to have some fun. Which is not what we're dewing now...
But that won't help you. Half the 'people' in Congress are from the Imgflip Military Stream and they don't like you very much. So any vote would be dead in the water.

First off, you’re not “banned,” you just lost your election and then weren’t given a position in government. For plenty of good reasons.

Maybe you SHOULD be banned for all your violations against the integrity of the democratic process (i.e. cheating), history of harassment, helping WN, etc.
