We could vote on a verified email requirement too. Not sure whether or not it's in effect already on the PRESIDENTS stream tbh. I'd support that requirement too.

Even with those requirements, I think that WhiteNat/IncognitoGuy trolls could still *comment* on the stream though, so that's why I just proposed a law banning them in particular.
