do you guys agree?

do you guys agree? | ok so ive done some thinking and ive realized that
science class is basically useless. Hear me out, a lot of people are religious, including me (i will not specify
which one exactly, but its one of the 3 Abrahamic religions). Almost all religious people beleive that god created the world that we believe and follow that right? So why tf should we waste our time studying the big bang theory and evolution and all that shit when we know and believe in something that we think is the truth. They should send out an option to the parents to let their children opt out from those lessons and let them focus on work that they will actually use in life. same, but then people can choose to skip history because there are lot of people triggered by it.
people could even say in a middle of class 9/11 was an inside job ( see next post for my attempt to create a tl:dr )

i feel like people should take history class just to learn by the past, but i do agree that some incidents like 9/11 were innside jobs

I’m an atheist so I’m kinda biased but u should learn about this stuff. It’s like learning about other religions beliefs, except this is practically learning the atheistic beliefs.

I think since scientists keep proving religions incorrect I guess in the future it might come in handy in case ur religion is disproved.
0 ups, 3y
I must say non theistic religions are impossible to disprove

I feel exactly the same towards religion, why would I, an atheist with great belief for everything that can be proven (which is called science) want to learn about Adam and Eve, god, allah, Buddha, vishnu, and Jesus when none of these can be proven to be true? If you can find even a tiny bit of proof that your religion is the one true I will gladly convert.

If you go to Makkah, there is a stone with the footprints of the prophet Abraham which was elevated to build the Kabah (that black cube the we pray towards). In Makkah, there is also the well that was mentioned in the book that is still running with water today even after 5000 years.

That sure is interesting but Christians also say that they still have the wood from the cross that crucified Jesus, and I can’t get into Makkah because I’m not Muslim.

i feel similar. The only reason i dont 100% agree, is because I feel that it is still important to understand why lesser beings think they way they do.

You are calling someone with a different belief than you for lesser beings, if you didn’t already know that is extremely offensive

The definition of racist is looking at people with a different religion or culture as less worthy, so that is how it’s racist. I didn’t know it was a joke so sorry.

ok

I was asking how it was racist. you said it was racist. it would make sense if you said "NEVER HAVE I MET A MORE OFFENSIVE PERSON!!" but you instead called me racist. doesn't make sense.
