We need to discuss how bills will be formatted and voted on

Idk if we should make a google doc to contain the entirety of the constitution and all bills, or if we should just post memes on some stream named IMGFLIP_LAWS or something. Also, how much should they replicate real-world bills?

I already suggested to Wubbz that we keep our meetings and debates about laws confined to this stream to avoid the drama and nonsense of PRESIDENTS and I think that’s another good step

I also think announcing the laws in PRESIDENTS once passed by us would be wise

I am not sure whether the President retains a veto over our laws or whether a veto could be overridden, I guess we can cross that bridge when we come to it.

Is Captain_Scar a member of Congress technically? I think he was last time, but I haven’t heard that he is this time. I put together a list here imgflip.com/i/51rp4k with everyone whom I know to be in the Beez Administration government.

If Captain_Scar isn’t a congressperson then I believe the number in Congress is 6. Meaning tie votes are possible. In that event does the VP get a tiebreaker vote like in the real US Senate?

If a Congressmember does not appear for a vote, should their vote be presumed as a no or just not counted in the total? I think the latter, to encourage the procession of government even if some Congressmembers go AFK.
