Are they burning Dixie chicks records?

I think they're just ignoring the Dixie Chicks, that stuff they're burning is probably just the stuff that they are trying to outright forget because it brings them shame by reminding them of the past.

You know, like destroying historical monuments because it reminds you of your past and so you feel a cathartic Purge is all that you can do to prevent people from knowing what you did to prevent them from doing it themselves in the future...

What an awesome reminder to have by allowing history to repeat itself instead of accepting what one has done taking responsibility for it and vowing to never do it again while trying to bring it to the attention of others as they do not do it theirself!
