1st: look for a video/GIF URL (like YouTube)
2nd: use the GIF maker
3rd: use 1-5 seconds of a GIF/video
4th: click the "Save as Template" button right next to the "Generate GIF" button
5th: name it and once you're done, click save

What I mean is, like an animated announcement temp.

1st: Put your pfp image and some text in
2nd: Save it to your device
3rd: Upload it to the GIF maker
4th: Save it as a template
