First of all, I totally support law enforcement and wish the officer a speedy and complete recovery.

I totally agree with your meme's title - concealed hands usually reveal a concealed weapon. You don't bring a taser to a gun fight, unless you're hamstrung by department policy. If that's the case then the responsibility for the officer's wounds falls squarely on the department.
