ik its been a while but i was showing my friends my memes and saw this. but basically the docter suess books are supposed to be for kids ages 1-3 or 1-5 while at that age kids dont even know they are a boy/girl yet so by introducing more genders you're just confusing them and they're most likely just gonna choose what ever sounds cool without actually understanding what it means
