The ones they're doing now are INCREDIBLY realistic. When I did a Google images search for "sex robot" to make the meme, I didn't expect anything even remotely this realistic looking. They even have them now that they can do some facial expressions.
They don't have them with skin TEXTURE or COLOR VARIATION yet.

The ROBOT "skin" basically looks like "after" photo software, or a woman who has a LOT of PROFESSIONAL-level makeup for uniform skin coloration.
I'm guessing that as the technology continues to advance they'll do things like put colored light strips under the "skin" so that on the fly they can do slight LOCAL changes in color.
When I talk about "COLOR VARIATION", I don't mean White, Hispanic, Black, etc. I mean "TEMPORARILY make CHEEKS slightly more reddish, as if she's blushing" or "make the FACE a bit more reddish, as if she's tired from exertion".
