Help me? I don’t qualify because I make too much money, but I remember being poor and every dollar mattered. And it’s more than just the one payment, but I doubt you watch anything beyond fox and they are terrified that the programs in the entire package will help. Bet you didn’t even know that ‘red states’ are going to get more help because of how shitty GOP governed state are at helping their own.

Let’s see. Minimum wage in most states (especially Red states) is $7.25 and at 40 hours that is $290 a week before taxes. $1400 is more than a month’s take home. If you think that doesn’t make a difference, you are free not to cash yours.
