look, just bc i support protesting doesnt mean i support looting and arson, but the thing is, if packing closely together is wrong for covid, then the attack on the capitol was wrong, bc htey didnt even wear masks
The attack on the capitol was 1/6th the size of the BLM Protests literally less than a year earlier, during COVID. But yes, both groups were dumb for congregating during a pandemic.
The BLM side 6 times as dumb in sheer numbers, twice as dumb as they are the side advocating for social distancing. The people at the capitol in January at least weren't being hypocitrical about their ideals on COVID.
If the side of your argument was doing both... And you choose to continue to support their cause, yes - you support looting and vandalism. If you stopped supporting their cause when the looting started - then no, you don't support looting.
When the fires and looting started - did you continue to support their cause or end your support? If you didn't end your support... Sorry, but yes, you do support looting and vandalism.
no bc it's not the same ppl, i can support blm without supporting looting. that's how support works, you can support some things without supporting other things, stop telling me how i feel
I'm sorry you don't support a more worthy cause that doesn't involve ruining other peoples lives. I give to Food for the Hungry for example - that helps particularly poor people of color in Africa and around the world.
You're supporting a group wearing LeBron shoes and Jordan's and Louis V underwear - crying out about injustice, in the absolutely # 1 country in the world for Black Millionaires and CEOs and people of political power.

If you support a group that openly loots and vandalizes property... Yes, you support those things. The same ppl BLM protesting are BLM looting and rioting. Those things happen at their protests.
If you support a group that hatefully destroys property and steals goods and destroy businesses... You are part of a problem that exists.
So lets say I listened to the new (fake scenario here) band - White Hat Crossburners. They are a bunch of red neck hicks - who make a rock band.
Not all of their songs are blatantly racist. Most of them in fact are just rock songs. But particularly - a few of their songs mention aggression against blacks.
Would I be supporting racism by purchasing and listening to their music?
I gather in large crowds during a pandemic. To fight for social justice. I praise a career criminal who put a gun to a pregnant woman's belly. Who died while on drugs at the hands of cops. I fight against systematic racism along with my group. 80% of our crowd are in LeBrons or Jordan shoes. I helped burn down black owned businesses. I am a part of the solution. I help Black Lives Matter.
