So basically in multiple cases in the anime Deku and Uraraka have shown interest in each other, both of them get flustered at times when looking at each other. To help support this a friend of mine who reads the manga told me how Deku and Uraraka were going to get together, my friend did not say this just to make me think it was canon because I myself do not exactly ship it because I'm not a shipper, I trust my friend that they are getting together because they read the manga meaning they're further on in the story then I am because I only watch the anime. I hope this helps you understand why I think it's canon.
