25th Amendment Time

Just need to have a cabinet approved before invoking it.

Pelosi set up a commission for 25th removal while Trump was still in office.

This legislation was never passed and signed into the law. The 25th amendment stands as it is. It takes majority of the cabinet and the vice president to agree on removal. Hard to do if you don’t have a full cabinet. Cabinet members are still being approved by the Senate.

Many suspect it was never really there.

Then DNC committed fraud by putting him on ballot.

Maybe Dr. Jill can reinstall it.
