Probably because he WON the civil war and kept a racist country based on slavery and against the ideals of the US from splitting apart. He made slavery illegal and allowed black men to enlist in the army if they so wished. And I can already hear you saying, "oH bUt AbRaHaM wAs RaCiSt ToO." Here's the thing though, that didn't stop him from freeing all slaves, yes there was Frederick Douglass who insisted he should abolish slavery, but he could've easily ignored him, and Abraham Lincoln did for a bit, but he was trying to make sure he did it at the right time, which he did. Abraham Lincoln was a genius and hero and such is, of course, the second-best president. What did Trump do during his time in the White House? Increase propaganda via Fox News so that he could outrage a bunch of racist nobody beardnecks to break into the capital building because the elections didn't go his way? F**k off.
