According to Google: The furry fandom is a subculture interested in anthropomorphic animal characters with human personalities and characteristics. Examples of anthropomorphic attributes include exhibiting human intelligence and facial expressions, speaking, walking on two legs, and wearing clothes.
Anyways on to the rules:

Rule #3: No Politics. We don't want any of that stuff either.
Rule #4: Never steal art. If you do so, the mods will make sure you don't post on this stream until further notice.
