Part of the scientific method is quantifiable cause and effect. If an action results in an observable/ quantifiable effect which is repeatable, then the effect is the result of the action. I guess science doesn't matter to some.

Cause and effect are not racist. If the cause (Crime Bill) resulted in less crime, how does that alone make it racist?
