But they don't scrape any images except for those with complete nudity, which nobody usually posts.
So it kinda works under the TOS, and only people who want it visit the streams. It doesn't go to audience that doesn't want to see it.

It clearly says in BOLD text in the imgflip rules that nudity that is not allowed if it is sexually suggestive so really, it's still not right. we're just trying to make people follow the rules and stop this porn.
