Who would win the battle for earth?

its hard to say the mcu takes place in modern times so then the covenant would have a advantage early on but there is real superheroes with abilities so that would mean that the mcu would be a formidable foe but i would say that the covenant would win because of there advanced technology would be more powerful than modern day tech and one reason humans survived as long as they did in halo was due to there population of multiple planets all fighting the covenant but in the mcu that would likely not happen due to there lack of communication with other planets in the mcu so i think the covenant would win because of their superior tech and numbers cuz if i have learned anything from tabs peasants and the ussr in ww2 numbers matter can change the tide of war

yes, thats true. so since numbers matter, how do you think the covenant would fare against a united avengers with thanos and co. (no infinity gauntlet, but his ships and allies are included)

if thanos and his entire army where there it would be more of a fair fight if not in favor of the mcu but if covenant got enough of there cruisers to get there excavation beam going i think it would be hard for the mcu to stand a chance

No Thanos, no infinity gauntlet, and its a all out invasion on Earth from the Covenant. They plan to wipe out life from this planet.

Given that master chief is basically a genetically modified iron man, and even he couldn't stop the covenant (or the flood) from taking over in many cases...yeah, that would be interesting. All the avengers against the halo enemies could be a really entertaining cross breed adventure story. I vote avengers to win, because I'm hopeful like that, lol.

Nice I have the covenant winning. Guys like Dr. Strange or Wanda can easily be taken out by a sniper. The Hulk would just need to be infected by the flood. Cap'n 'Merica would be defeated by sheer number. Hawkeye and Black Widow? No chance. But Vision and Captain Marvel? That's their last hope if the rest are taken out. And since the Covenant plan to wipe life from Earth, they may as well destroy it if need be. Ironman might last a while flying around and trying to evade them, but eventually everyone will be worn out by the large number and vast amount of chaos occurring.

Not to mention their dead allies will be infected by the flood.

Except that you said, "covenant invasion", not flood invasion. You toss the flood in there and all bets are off. If it's just the avengers vs the covenant, I think we got it.

yeh lol. i aint even gonna include the forerunner empire before the events of halo happened. they are unbeatable. lets just say the combined forces of thanos (with infinity stones) and the avengers wont stand a chance.
