They've been talking about changing the University of Denver's mascot for a couple of years now.
Why? Because it's the Pioneers. But not because that's offensive to white folks. Oh no. It's because the pioneers WERE the offensive white people that came along and pushed the red & brown folk off of "their" land.
Give me a break!
