Didnt do that in California. Everybody wore masks and we are still hald shut down and we still got it as bad as anybody.

And Texas is not that far behind and starting to increase.

Abbot never said for anyone to not wear a mask.
In fact, he recommends that people still wear a mask. He just rescinded the government mandate and fines for not wearing one.
