Thanks! Scar said he will draft a constitution basedon input he gets on the meme he just posted, and we will have a vote (I am unsure about if it is streamwide or just the congress, but I would be in favor of doing a special stream-wide vote) to ratify it.

Some people declaring us their favorite does not make us any wiser than another, so I disagree with the idea of me or any other person getting more votes than another. I also believe such a small group of us in government could easily make a mistake in ratifying, unless we require something like a unanimous vote to encourage cooperation and compromise. That would be hard to get through, too. Maybe we could establish streamwide vote with a stream activity requirement for eligibility to vote on it, to stop a flood of people not involved here from coming for a friend and changing things.

I think we could do something similar for general elections, since I can't help but feel there is a chance I don't represent most of the stream. I got a lot of support from outside of the stream, and I can't help but wonder how it would have turned out without it.
