I can see that now that I have watched film. Zohan is one of Sandlers better characters. Lots of times he allow his own lead characters to be too murky. The main character feels written into the script too much with the supporting cast in mind. Not here. Thanks for recommend.

I would say that both Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore are his cult classics. I happen to feel that both are actually quite good movies, so not just cult classics.

Billy Madison has nothing to do with either of those sports. Billy Madison was Adam Sandler's first big hit and it's about a rich hotel heir who has to go back to school, starting from the 1st grade, and work through all the way to high school graduation. It is hilarious!
