Can't wait to see how so called self respecting and practicing "Christians" and "Evangelicals" defend this.

Easier to defend than the lust to kill babies.

I had to research that as I've never heard of it before. While the hashtag name is truly dreadful and cringeworthy, conveying almost a sense of pride for having had an abortion, I don't however condemn the basic premise of the forum, as it gives women an opportunity to share their personal experiences.

While I generally don't endorse abortion as a means of birth control, I do however recognize there are many reasons why someone would seek such out - carelessness in having unprotected sex, incest, rape, medical issues and/or economic issues - and do not believe anyone should be forced to carry an unwanted pregnancy to term. There are already far too many children born into this world that are unwanted, unloved, abused, neglected and/or suffering from severe medical health issues. Why add to that.

Obviously not every woman that has an abortion is a death celebrating ghoul, but I've seen alot of attempts to make it a celebration and not much pushback from more rational people, who still believe abortion should be rare and the last resort.

There's an easy way to be 100% sure you won't get pregnant.

Alot of people tried to reason out why killing those they didn't value was justified. History is filled with them.

Definitely can't argue against your last two paragraphs. You're entirely right on both accounts.

Since you are open minded enough to research, skip to 5:00 of this clip and tell me this isn't repugnant. It actually did get some pushback but not from the mainstream media

I watched the entire clip and did not find her the least bit funny at all. She had a very valid point, however, with regards to those claiming to be 'pro-life'.

I agree her celebration segment was indeed repugnant and should never be normalized. I don't think, however, that most woman that have ever had an abortion would actually view their own in such a manner. For some, it's a deeply sorrowful experience while for others, it's a sense of relief. Never once before have I ever heard of anyone actually celebrating such... that is, up until the time I watched that video.

Didn't watch that part. The voice, the extreme bad humor but I remembered the happy dance at the end.

I don't tend to debate much about it anymore. People are for it or against it and they have their reasons but seeing this trend in recent years and it is a dehumanizing process that I find disturbing. And agreed, most women don't feel that way but as usual in this twitter world, the loud minority makes the biggest waves.

I don't use twitter which is probably why I've never seen nor heard it before.
