I don't remember the exact comment that was flagged, I filter through dozens of flagged comments several times a day...but if I chose to ignore the flag then it probably wasn't anything bad. Could have been an accident, or someone being petty...happens all the time. Doesn't have any bearing on their reputation though.

No, not really. A flag is just a means to bring something to the attention of mods but it doesn't require action on our part. Most stream owners or mods are responsible for the most part so to your point it would not be likely that any actual action would be taken, like I said a flag is not a punishment...only the moderation action taken (if any) on any flagged content would be considered punishment.
