It's not about the gun, It's about the people who aren't supposed to have guns.

Where in the American Constitution does it EVER declare WHO, WHERE AND WHEN a American can possess a gun or rifle?

Hmm I agree with this meme except for the part where "Bill shoots someone." I don't have any plans to ever shoot anyone unless they threaten my family. Which is why I am glad I live in a red state because if someone threatened my family in a blue state and I shot them I would go to prison for possession of a firearm and 1st degree premeditated murder.

In a red state, there might be some type of investigation but after that I just go home and live my life.

Most people who want gun control don't want to make guns illegal.
They just want someone to go through more background checks.
More accurately, it is not giving people who have a history of DUIs a car.

Do you know the current process of getting a gun and the background checks that come with it? My buddy just bought a 12 gauge and had to wait 6mo of background checks beforw he could have it. He also didn't have any criminal history. So I think we should lower the amount of checks. Do some research before you argue something you don't even know anything about.

Here in California, people who were against guns ended up buying then recently. But then complained about the process as to how difficult it was to purchase a firearm. Now we're have to do a background check any time we purchase ammunition.
