Anime is pretty good. Some animes are for some people while other animes are for others so you really just gotta watch a few and see which ones you like(I don't watch very much anime either). The animes I have watched and would recommend would be Sword Art Online(SAO), Attack On Titan(AOT), JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Guilty Crown and another which I like, but isn't the best is Charlotte.
