No, haters do tend to only look at the fan service and call anime lust-filled and honestly, they have their reasons. Even though an anime does contain good story elements at times, it can be sexually and graphic(gore) where certain people shouldn't watch it but it depends on what anime too

It’s certain that it can be annoying for some people but from what I’ve seen they are not the haters. They are able to express it in a respectful way. I think the real haters don’t really even give those anime a chance, or it doesn’t fit their interest and they just want a reason to hate it. Let’s be realistic, if the story really matches your interest you’ll get over the fanservice. It doesn’t mean it still can’t bother
