If you are falsely accused & set up for a 1975 allegation you will be in trouble trying to prove a negative or prove that the witness lied. Look at the Supreme Court judge that was falsely accused of a sexual offense from the 1980s. Turned out she made that charge against him falsely. If a crime happened the perp should’ve brought to justice swiftly.

In the United States you're innocent until proven guilty. Anita told the truth and had that been a trial he would not be a supreme court justice.

My argument is only for the innocent. Rather that 10 guilty men go free rather than 1 innocent man be punished.
