It doesn't matter about being an owner it matters how much you dedicate to this stream, correct me if I am wrong.

Ownership of any stream should not be handed out lightly there's been many cases of people hijacking streams and removing mods and owners because they were given ownership without forethought and wanted to take the stream in another direction. You're wise in having reservations about giving it out.
