The new ore textures for the 1.17 Caves and Cliffs Update

The new textures aren't terrible they look pretty good but I still wish they keep the old texture

I'm glad we have an old texture pack we can use to convert it, they are both amazing, I love the retro but the new textures are amazing, except Redstone, which is a bummer cuz it's my favorite ore

the new ores are cool also the gold ore looks like the nether gold ore but stone

True, but why did they keep lapis? You would think they're changing every other ore except for diamonds so why not lapis?

Well lapis is already unique, so it doesn’t make sense to change it.
