I’m not okay with hate speech from banned trolls like WN. Someone tells me you would allow that, huh??

Hate speech from trolls like WN that should and can be permanently banned from here is both “harassment” and “a threat” even if he’s phony polite about it. Give me your word that you will have zero tolerance for his trolling and I won’t change my vote. The TOS is clear about it and even the global mods had to step in because no mod at the President’s stream was doing their job. That troll needs to stay gone. Let us know where you stand so some of us can change our vote to Dummythic if you won’t ban WN’s hate speech.

Do you support banning him from holding office? That should be a no-brainer. As head of Congress you wouldn’t seriously think of letting him be part of Congress, amirite?

I would not consider giving him a seat. There are too many incriminating screenshots of him.

Hate speech and other patently anti-social speech that incites violence against others is NOT protected speech by the Constitution. For instance, you can’t tell fire in the a crowded theater, as people can get trampled to death. Cult-leader Charles Manson was charged with serial murder even though he was just speaking negatively about people he hated, and never actually ordered his homicidal followers to kill anyone.

I get that WN was banned by the global mods. But- How about his alts? Would you have handled the Hedgewik situation differently? He should’ve been stream banned. Richard and LaChancla let him stay though it violates the TOS, and American law.

Would you have streambanned Hedgewik? If not, please let me know. Some us were thinking about changing our vote to dummythic since he would have zero-tolerance for hate speech and WN’s alts. But that isn’t necessary if you give your word things will be different

WN as a person is banned, not just his main account. I am against alting altogether anyway.

Who's hedgewick? Until the last couple weeks, I wasn't on here much because of a ton of school work, so I have no clue who hedgewick is.

As for general speaking negatively of people - I believe it's a terrible thing to do, but if a Government ever has power over something that people could take subjectively like that, they can take way too much power. Harassment and threats are clearly defined and objective, so I am not as worried about that. I do not support people who talk hatefully, but I believe it is the public's job to expose them for what they are, instead of having the Government stop them.

WN is already banned, and I would not let him back. My stance on speech is what I said before. Abide by the TOS and don't threaten or harass anyone, and I won't stand in the way of your speech no matter how much I disagree. Break the rules, and you're gone.

WN came back onto the site with an account called Hedgewik, but LaChancla, Richard and Scar foolishly let him post his hate on the stream with them dishonesty claiming it was protected speech when by law it is not. It was also a violation of the TOS of imgflip. The owner and global mods found out and cracked down on the stream, and are likely monitoring us there to see if we do the right thing. So clearly LaChanlca and Scar were wrong.

Thanks. In that case, yes, hedgewick should be banned, as well as any other alts of his. As I said before, he as a person is banned, meaning his main and any alts.

I guess the best way to explain my stance is this. If someone says, "I hate (x)" then, while it's a bad thing of them to do it, it shouldn't get them banned. Everyone can down otw him or never elect him. If he, however, says something like, "someone needs to kill (x)," or "(x) is subhuman and should be harassed," then they will get banned.

Well, Hedgewik said stuff like “nonwhites should be deported from their home countries”(his words) which means kicking out blacks from America, for instance. It was enough for the owner of this site and his global mods to freak out and crack down on this stream to keep WN banned for now, that is- until he figures out another way to sneak back.

Holocaust denialism is illegal in many democratic Republics, and he does that. WN also calls Jewish people part of “a Jewish problem”(his words).

Again, American constitutional law doesn’t protect this kind of speech because it encourages harassment against innocent people. It’s like a gangster ordering someone in code to put a hit out on another without directly saying it. Still a crime, etc

QUESTION:
If WN came back with an new alt and confessed that it was his alt, he should be banned immediately. Yes? Or would you wimp out and wait until he says something dumb?

If you would wait, then I guess several of us plan to change our vote. We are all non-white, some of us are Jewish. We can’t have that. Let us know where you stand on this.
