Reminds me. I can put it even stronger.... I was accused of not being helpful, yet back in my day I was one of the few who understood computers (yeah, I'm old) and I got many people out of trouble along the way, by telling them how stuff works, deleting trash, removing viruses, advising them what to buy and so on, but for some reason, that was not regarded as "help".

Oh well....
