You're missing the point; During that scene Anakin was supposed to have been "dead", "killed" by Darth Vader, yet Darth Vader had one last glimmer of Anakin in this moment by showing concern for him former Padawan, Ahsoka, and hiding it behind the guise of serving the empire by ensuring she was dead. (Look into the eyes on his mask, you can actually see the pupils if you look closely, and not only does he not have the Sith eyes, but he actually looks sad.)
