I have been comment-timered and unable to defend myself in the impeachment. In every court in the land, the accused is given the opportunity to speak for himself and prepare a defense. I notified Captain_Scar of this due process concern last night as soon as I saw the impeachment meme and have received no reply as yet. As it stands, the prosecution is making their case to jurors without the defendant being present or able to make a case or cross-examine witnesses. This violates the confrontation clause. 2. Captain_Scar must take a roll-call at the outset in order to determine whether enough congresspeople even remain active at this late stage of the cycle to convict. I demand a trial with a full slate of jurors. Again, something every court in the land would give. If I am convicted without a quorum, the conviction lacks legitimacy. 3. The timeline of the impeachment, days before an election, smack-dab in the middle of a campaign, is the equivalent of impeaching a sitting President in October of an election year. Legal, but highly dubious. Even the Democrats didn’t do this to Trump! It’s whatever. The issues in this stream are more systemic than one hastily cobbled-together and flawed impeachment event, though it does crystallize much of them.

The issue is this is a supposedly fun and informative roleplay that is being hijacked by a growing number of admitted and open Neo-Nazi participants.

The next administration, whoever it is, will have to deal with that. But, it won’t be me.
