INCORRECT:
Wind/solar represents around 20% of the Texas grid. I'm sure that's going to change in the very near future...
Per ERCOT (Energy Reliability Council Of Texas),
"As of 9 a.m., approximately 46,000 MW of generation has been forced off the system during this extreme winter weather event. Of that, 28,000 MW is thermal and 18,000 MW is wind and solar."
40% of the offlined generation was wind/solar.

If you're going to look like an idiot, please - continue doing it publicly.
Something about running on a generator for 3 days motivates a person to research the reasons why it happened. I'm in the freezing middle of it. We still don't have water.....running water that is, I was prepared with 200 gallons....with the generator I was sitting pretty during this whole ordeal - but my neighbors weren't.
