The problem is when it gets funded by taxpayers' money. Some are okay with it others are not. When it is tax-funded they earn more money for performing more abortions, which creates corruption and they lie to women so they are more likely to get an abortion.

Yes it does. It makes it illegal to own guns. If you own guns, you go to jail, and your guns are confiscated. And no one would like to go to jail. which is how laws work.
Same goes for any crime.

No they don't stop anything either. But your argument here is moot. The difference is laws for murdering someone are there for classification of different murders and the penalties therein. Gun laws are put in place to restrict law abiding citizens from owning or possessing certain types of firearms.

And people are expected to follow those laws to not get those penalties.

There shouldn't be gun laws. The founding fathers knew that the people's right to have firearms was not limited to guns, but that the people should have the same capabilities as the government in case said government ever became tyrannical. That's why they said "shall not be infringed". Gun laws are an infringement on the 2nd amendment. Don't like guns, fair enough. But when there government tells me I don't need them is the exact time I do.
