Dude Sakurai just doesn’t like Waluigi, and while no I never played Xenoblade Chronicles I did no before her smash appearance that Pyra existed I just didn’t know anything about her, and now that she has been announced I’m like “Wow cool a xenoblade rep!” I always thought that Shulk was so cool when I first started playing this game and that’s why I was amazed when Pyra was announced

No, this is a pattern, sephiroth was the second ff rep, so maybe we could get a character from another franchise that has only one fighter rn.

You can't predict what Nintendo and Sakurai will do. Everyone thought it was going to be 3rd party characters for pass 1 but then we got Byleth and everyone thought pass 2 was going to be new characters but then we got Sephiroth. Whenever someone thinks they see a pattern it gets broken at some point, the fact we got 2nd reps for franchises already represented could just be a coincidence.
