The "crazy" part of crazyscientistfarmer seems to have completely crushed the scientist and the farmer.

I'm not a psychologist or a psychiatrist, but it seems clear you need to find them again in order to achieve some kind of balance, so you can function in society without being a total dick.

My understanding was that it's not enough to consider yourself anti-racist, or even to be anti-racist. I understood that if you're not actively fighting racism, you're part of the problem.
