Too true. The Republican party is not what it used to be. I'll take this opportunity to say, though, that the Democrat party is not what it was. The democrat party have changed for the better, but are nowhere near where they should be. The Republican party has changed for the worse. Both, however, loathe the other side and aren't here to serve the interests of the people. There is literal bribery going on in the US government. It's called lobbying. Why does it exist? To give politicians money.
