Another move toward mediocrity! USA Super Star Gymnastic Simone Biles is penalized by not giving her full credit for moves most gymnasts can not pull off! Other countries are jealous of her skills and the inability of their mediocre athletes to do them! 

So what to do? Penalize the best! Seems like the entire planet
