Give the rich tax breaks, so they will keep the money and create jobs as they use their money to build their business, but they dont build jobs, and instead squirrel their money away, or donate it to politicians who write them tax breaks so they can all do it again next election cycle. I have seen greedy bastards not even bother paying the taxes they were supposed to be paying, get busted and those 12 guys working for him lost their job, so great job on creating those jobs with your tax breaks...
