Moose are actually incredibly dangerous to drivers. They’re so tall that a vehicle, especially a car or light pickup, will blow their legs out with little resistance. This tends to NOT trigger the airbags and then means the heavy body of the moose impacts the windshield directly. This can quite literally decapitate drivers.
