What is your native language? Mine is Norwegian

It's Italian, but I wanted to learn English out of curiosity (even if sometimes I make mistakes)

As a a Norwegian I am forced to learn English, I think it’s necessary but it ruins the Norwegian language because Norwegian slang is just English words.

So you know what "Jeg elsker deg" means? Just wanna know because someone said it to me
