They'll subpoena Trump and if a court denies the subpoena that will provide grounds for an APPEAL on the grounds "DENIAL OF DUE PROCESS".
And all the trials will have to be held in Washington DC because that is where the crimes occurred.
Hmm ... I wonder if the fact that it has a large Black population -- and many of them will be potential jurors --- might be a factor. Nah ... probably not ...
