Because inciting a riot isn't a crime

Inciting a riot is a crime. Delusional interpretation of political rhetoric you disagree with is not the measure of what constitutes incitement just like delusional interpretation of the constitution does not qualify for means of impeachment.

The only people I have seen inciting a riot are Maxine Waters, Pressley, Ihlan Omar, ANTIFA, BLM, and the MEDIA

"Stand down, stand by."

Please explain to me how anyone could construe "stand down, stand by" as "inciting a riot"? He is literally telling people to stop doing whatever it is they were doing or thinking about doing.
When will anyone of you actually provide a quote of what Trump said to incite a riot.
I have read the entire transcript of the speech of Jan 6th, and there isn't a single word, phrase, or sentence beseaching anyone to commit any act of violence towards any one.

There are plenty of examples of Democrats who have called for violence and "direct action" against anyone and everyone who supported or voted for Trump.
