My grandpa says they lived for decades without facebook, Twitter, Amazon, Google or YouTube. Their one phone was stuck on a wall, people talked to each other in restaurants and they bought everything they needed from a guy in the store they BBQ'd, fished, hunted and went to church with. And they didn't need algorithms to count votes.
