There's no evidence of 'incitement', particularly since that video, and other things, have been heavily edited (which was exposed today). That's pretty much the satire of this meme: that the corruptocrats would throw anything against the wall to see if it sticks... Btw, there also has been nearly zero due process. People seem to have the notion, that because it APPEARS to be a legal proceeding, the senators, representatives, and presenters are under some sort of oath, and that the 'evidence' has been vetted (as if it were an actual court case). But the reality is that ANY senator or representative can lie through their teeth throughout the whole process, without any worry of perjury, or even being sued for libel/slander (see: Speech Or Debate Clause; Article I, Section 6, Clause 1).
