Well, you're actually right -- as far as it goes -- that the Founding Fathers supported a white ethnostate: the enslavement of blacks, race-based malapportionment of votes to slaveholding states (the "3/5 compromise"), voting rights only for property-owners, the disenfranchisement of women, the subjugation of Native Americans, etc. etc.
These are the specific things the Founders ought to be shamed for, not praised. These flaws in our democracy have since been ironed out for the most part, through a whole lot of weeping and gnashing of teeth, and these days just about everyone recognizes women and minority rights. Except you and your Neo-Nazi ilk.
George Washington's non-partisan presidency was an inspiring example, but every single Administration after him (even his immediate successors) has been unable to fulfill his vision. It takes a leader of unusually commanding stature to unite a whole country.
That's no reason to jettison democracy in the meantime.
