One of the PTSD moments I've only shared with my therapist until now. | Not-so-fun fact: In early January 2020, my mom, stepdad, and me had gotten into a car accident (hit on the back of the car) and if it wasn't for our seatbelts (especially mine, because it hit close to where I was sitting) we would have died. The car behind us was going too fast on the highway. (I still have PTSD nightmares because of it) So reminder, ALWAYS wear your seatbelt.
