Reading that tripe, I can certainly understand why anyone that does not actually possess a legal education might be pursuaded by the claims made. It is however total BS. Trump lost 64/65 legal suits due to multiple reasons... lack of standing, lack of merit and lack of substantive evidence that supported claims. Yes, there's still frivilous claims ongoing but they have zero chance of prevailing in the courts. They're based more on political PR motivations rather than actual substance.

I don't know what figures your going by but mine are an aggregate of all states actions as of inauguration day not including those cases Trump et al withdrew. What numbers do you have and what are you basing them on?

The link is on my other post here which was posted onto the top post and obviously not agreeable for many to see as it is at the bottom now.
It is a compiled list which I believe is up to date and updated as variance occurs.

Thanks. I see why you would say my numbers are wrong. While your list includes pre-election suits and goes till the end of December 2020, the cases I reference are strictly all post-election, some of which settled in January 2021. My totals also tend to count appealed cases as a singular entity rather than two or three separate and distinct cases as this list does.

While cases that were withdrawn prior to any hearing in court are not included in my totals, those that were filed but later dismissed by Judges due to lacking of standing, jurisdiction, etc., are because they represent a failed case on the part of the Plaintiffs to meet the proscribed standards of the Rules of Court.

The only post election suit the GOP actually won between November 3rd and January 20th, was in PA where they were granted a ballot cure date reduction from 9 days to 6 days.

BULL SHIT do so reasearch and some common sense 64 courts refused to hear cases stop drinking the mainstream media koolaide he is winning the majority of case that are actually heard.

That's not BS, that is fact. Try reading the actual court documents filed in each case in every state rather than believe whatever the media you follow tells you. They are all online, as too are all the cases Trump's team withdrew from. Do you need me to provide you with the links to those documents?

First, of the 80 total lawsuits, 34 have either been withdrawn, consolidated with other suits, or dismissed due to legal technicalities such as lack of standing, timing, or jurisdiction. Those judges who dismissed suits never heard the actual evidence of election irregularities and/or fraud, since they did not allow it to be presented in their courtrooms. Such cases cannot be counted as a loss for Trump. If anything, they are evidence of a failure of our judicial system to – at a moment of national crisis – actually address election fraud.

Of the 46 remaining lawsuits, 25 cases are still ongoing, so that the winner and loser of these cases is yet to be determined, while 21 have been completely adjudicated. These are cases where the court heard arguments, considered any relevant evidence, and then issued a formal ruling on the merits.

You may be surprised to learn that, of these 21 cases, Trump has won 14 and lost 7.

So maybe a few people better read more accurate news sources to know what has gone on.
the linked page has all cases in one place for the experts like those posting memes like above.

Interesting that Politifact published an article today that addresses the very database contained in the link you provided and funnily enough, confirms exactly what I previously stated to you about 64/65 cases Trump lost while also discounting the claims being made about Trump's victories, etc.
